Nice pool area and fun outdoor games for the kids. Room cleanliness was inconsistent and the bathroom was really tiny. Perfect for Disneyland access, but be aware of $22 nightly parking fee.

We encountered an issue with the hot water, taking a long time to warm up. Noise levels were manageable most of the stay, but some outside disturbances were noticeable. The carpets and furniture showed signs of age, and the bathroom had some maintenance needs, like a leak over the bathtub that warranted attention.

Our first room was adjacent to the noisy elevator, but the staff kindly offered us a quieter one after complaints. It's family-friendly and cozy, but the lobby could use a cleaner appearance. A mixed bag, yet we’d consider returning for the shuttles and gardens.

The heating in the room was effective, keeping us warm during the chilly evenings. the air conditioning seemed a bit unreliable as the room felt a bit muggy and hot even though it was set to 65 degrees. I appreciated having tea and coffee facilities in the room, but was disappointed to find only one pack of regular coffee per day. It would have been nice to have more variety or the option to request additional packs. The sitting area in the room was comfortable, and we enjoyed relaxing there after a long day at Disney. The flat-screen TV was a bit small compared to the room size, but it served its purpose. On the downside, the carpets in the room seemed a bit worn and could use some cleaning or replacing. The lack of free toiletries was surprising for a resort hotel, and having to pay for parking on the premises felt like an unnecessary additional expense.

The vibe of the place feels magical and welcoming. The breakfast is a fantastic start to the day, and the shuttle to Disneyland is punctual and free.

If you prioritize location and service, it meets those needs. improvements in cleanliness and room functionality could significantly elevate future stays. It’s a gem, but it needs polishing.

The free shuttle to Disneyland made everything a breeze! I loved lounging by the beautiful pool and soaking in the jacuzzi after a magical day. The friendly staff, especially Princess Corrine, made our stay feel extra special!

Princess Corinne totally made our breakfast magical, and chilling by the pool watching the fireworks - next level! Plus, the Halloween Party at Disneyland was off the charts! So much fun and adventure, we felt like royalty in our own fairytale castle!
Would have been even better with a happening dance party or DJ night for us young party animals to keep the vibes going after a thrilling day at the park! .

The hotel is a stone's throw from Disneyland, making it super easy to pop over for a day of magic, with the free shuttle being a big benefit that we didn’t even realize was offered until our stay; not to mention, it’s just a short walk to Downtown Disney and other awesome spots like Oga's Cantina and the thrilling Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge, so we had a blast exploring various dining options and activities nearby, and the room was spacious and clean, providing a peaceful retreat after our busy days, but the billing issues I encountered could be improved.

The location was super convenient, close to Disneyland and with a shuttle service to the parks. The store on-site was handy and had a good selection. The property had an enchanting atmosphere, and the pool area was enjoyed by my kids. The rooms were spacious and fit our large group comfortably. The staff, including the shuttle drivers, were friendly and helpful. They even promptly shipped a forgotten bag to us. This negative incident greatly overshadowed any positive aspects of our xmas stay at the hotel.
Our stay turned sour when our room was broken into not once, but twice, resulting in significant theft. Despite this traumatic experience, the hotel management displayed a shocking lack of concern and only took action after the police were involved.

The hotel offered the best view of the Disneyland® Resort fireworks show in Anaheim - a perfect end to our family's day of fun and adventure.
My children wanted more activities specifically tailored for younger guests.

we stayed at majestic garden and had a great experience. the location with shuttle straight to disneyland is amazing! we didn't have to wait for a shuttle more than 10 minutes, so it was perfect to to and from trips to the park at all hours. the beds were comfy and the pool area was nice. our room was also very spacious, which was nice for us as we had a lot of luggage due to traveling for a two week period.

Loved the royal theme decor, kids' events, spacious room for 4 adults, and efficient shuttle service to Disneyland.

The omelette station at breakfast was a pleasant surprise. I found it on the second day and enjoyed having a freshly made omelette for the remaining days of my stay. The buffet had a variety of options, though it could have been better organized. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

the room was clean and spacious, and the hotel is super close to disney parks. the free shuttle made it easy to get there. the staff were really helpful in getting us pre-checked in and giving us temporary room keys - so we could head to the parks before our check-in time. can't forget about the delicious breakfast at the garden restaurant - it was a great way to start the day.

Our stay at a hotel near Disneyland was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's convenient location and free shuttle service to the park made traveling with our little ones so easy. The spacious rooms were perfect for our family, and having a bathtub was a major plus. The on-site convenience store came in handy for snacks and essentials.
